Going through “Long & Lean” Phase 1 with Brie was awesome. It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to finish because I was so weak and insecure of myself. But, midway through I could feel my strength & endurance increasing and my waist shrinking. In 6 weeks i lost 4 inches around my waist; 2 inches around my thighs; 1.5inches around my chest. I feel so much stronger! I can finally do real push-ups again. My jeans are looser. And best of all, she helped me overcome my fear of running! Thank you Brie… you rock!
